Customer Liaison Officer

- 3 Month Contract

**About the role**
This is a **3-month contract** working **full-time hours** (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) located at the **Woollamia Works Depot - Huskisson**.

**Duties**
Reporting directly to the Unit Manager - District Engineer - Basin, the focus of this position is to:

- Provide quality customer service in relation to counter and telephone enquiries to members of the public and other internal/external customers of the Unit, relating to Works and Services functions including roads, drainage, buildings, waterway assets etc.
- Provide clerical, administrative and secretarial support services to the District Engineer and their teams as required.
- Co-ordinate activities with other staff and other Customer Liaison Officers to provide relief during periods of absence from the office and coordinate reports to Council and similar issues, through the Works and Services Manager’s Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Provide administrative support services including the processing of timesheets, plant sheets and processing of pay queries
- Organise meetings and appointments to co-ordinate with the day to day activities of staff
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings as required
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports.

**Skills & Experience**
In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

- Relevant Administrative/Secretarial Certificate or equivalent experience
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Proof of Australia residency or citizenship
