**Civil Construction Foreman - Morayfield**

**Overview**:
As a Foreman in the Civil Construction industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects in the Morayfield, North Brisbane area. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Management**:
Supervise and manage construction team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

**2. Team Coordination**:
Coordinate and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.

**3. Project Planning**:Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines.

**4. Quality Control**:
Ensure the quality of workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.

**5. Client Communication**:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.

**6. Problem Solving**:
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

**7. Documentation**:
Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, safety inspections, and change orders.

**8. Safety Compliance**:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Foreman in the Civil Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Construction Supervisor License) may be required.
