The Victorian Ombudsman is seeking to employ a VPS 6.1 Principal Officer - Early Resolution Team who can work with the Statutory Functions team to provide operational leadership across the Early Resolution Team (‘ERT').

**Available opportunities**:

- VPS 6.1
- $127,467 - $149,024 per annum
- plus 10.5% employer superannuation contribution
- Flexibility to work onsite and from home

**You will bring to this opportunity**:

- Providing high-level strategic and operational support
- Deliver the Ombudsman's commitment to high quality service
- Management, supervision, coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to think creatively about innovation and efficiency
