**Product Development Analyst
- The Own & Exclusive Brands Product Development Analyst works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear mapping to support business training and review.
- The Product Development Analyst will need to bring curiosity and continuous improvement to support the VOT and VOS metrics.

**What you’ll do**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product development, quality and IT teams
- Business Owner of all Woolworths Food Company Product Development Processes
- Facilitate and build the business processes to drive efficiency and best practices of bringing products to shelf.
- Gather and analyse data and use these to support strategic direction / development plans. Build and maintain a schedule of process reviews, to deliver across multiple stakeholders and business units

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience working as a Product Development Analyst in a large retail FMCG organisation
- Tertiary Food qualification, minimum 3 Year Diploma, degree or similar in a Food Science Discipline
- Demonstrated capability to deliver initiatives on time and meet agreed performance metrics. Industry expert in the field of responsibility within Australia.
- Ability to gather and analyse data and use these to support strategic direction / development plans.
- Passion for product and product development, staying at the forefront of innovation and continuous improvement.
