We are currently seeking for a part time HR Executive on behalf of our client based on Brisbane Northsides to provide support in looking after HR management ensuring all HR tasks are performed adequately.
We are looking for someone with personal drive, commitment and great communication skills
with a great proven track record.

**About the role**:
As the HR Executive, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Procurement and budget considerations
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Performance Management and Offboarding
- ELMO HRIS System Utilisation
- Workforce Planning and Training
- Project Management and review
- Skills gaps identification and upskilling
- Workplace Rehabilitation
- Teambuilding and culture
- Workplace Health and Safety Audits and site inductions

**About You**:
As an experienced HR Executive, you will have
- Proven experience as a HR Exec with experience in medium to large organisation
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HR and IR legislative requirements
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
- Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation
- Customer service focus with solid work ethic
- ELMO HRIS experience is essential
