- **ABOUT THE ROLE**:_

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our reputable Hotel. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will ensure that our motel consistently exceeds our guests' expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies
- Perform general cleaning tasks in common areas, such as corridors, lobbies, and public restrooms
- Empty rubbish and dispose of waste from bins
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping equipment and storage areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed

**Salary**: $30.10 - $36.12 per hour
