We have an exciting opportunity for a **Chiropractic Assistant** to join our team in our Mount Barker practice on a casual basis (15-20 hours per week). Flexibility to work split shifts is essential, with the ability to work across not only Mount Barker but on occasion our Hahndorf practice.

Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organization skills
- High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
