The Home Buying team is responsible for end to end management of the Banks Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, project and continuous improvement.

The Home Loans Pricing & Product team is responsible for the E2E product performance of all our retail home loan products, including product and feature design, pricing, policy and risk management. We aim to deliver simple and easy customer focused products which drive market share and profitable growth. This also includes the execution and management of incidents within our space, especially in the risk and controls area for our products.

Our Home Loan Pricing team has responsibility for the design and E2E management of home loan pricing including strategy, portfolio management, ensuring our systems our offering the correct prices every step of the way through to funding and also during in life. We have a big focus on delivering pricing changes safely and always looking for ways to continuously reduce our risk.

**Do work that matters
As Assistant Manager Home Loan Pricing Operational Risk and Processes, you will play a key role in delivering enhancements and refinements to our pricing processes. You will be a key contributor to managing our pricing processes in line with our policy, compliance, risk, pricing, and procedure requirements.

**Your key responsibilities/focus areas will include
- Delivering on multiple pieces of work to ensure the solution delivers value to our customers and stakeholders.
- Proactively managing risks and issues associated with our products.
- Engaging with key stakeholders within the risk and controls community to deliver on risk buy-down.
- Proactively managing change to continuously improve our product offering and processes in order to optimise the overall customer experience, market share, cost reduction and risk profile.
- Supporting the delivery of product change where pricing is impacted to ensure that we optimise customer service, risk adjusted profitability, market share and cost reduction.
- Managing incidents and remediation within your product space

**We’re interested in hearing from people with
- Problem solving ability with attention to detail.
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities (project experience is desirable).
- Knowledge of operational and compliance risk management or frameworks would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyse risks and issues and recommend actions to remediate.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
