Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator

Our passionate small team is looking for someone to join our close knit team. Do you enjoy being kept busy with a variety of tasks? Do you love coffee? Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009, and since then, we’ve grown throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales and are looking to expand even further We're looking for our latest team member to join us at our head office in Kelvin Grove.

To thrive in this role, you will be a passionate individual with a love for the coffee industry. Day to day repsonsibilities include;
- Processing orders through our CRM system, Wordpress, Shopify
- Order Pick Pack
- Stock monitoring and ordering
- Order Despatch
- Customer liaison, order tracking
- Maintain a well orgainised despatch warehouse environment

**Salary**: $48,336.22 - $57,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Car Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kelvin Grove, QLD 4059 (required)

Work Location: In person
