Store Manager, Retail Team Leader, Style Guru...... call it what you want but this role is all about the basics of retail, mixed with a very rewarding role of helping fit out and style your valued customers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting the the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 stylists in the Woden store. Having the ability to drive performance, whilst ensuring the team have opportunities to develop their career will be key to the role.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Strong exprience in retail, ideally in women's fashion, homeware or related field
- Management experience of a small team, including perfromance & development, or at least supervisory experience
- Good basic understanding or retail operations, budgets, KPIs, Rosters etc
- Most of all a real desire to work in the industry and make a difference in people's lives
- High level of interpersonal communication and a great connection with customers
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
