**The Role**
Our Treatment Coordinators play a pivotal role in creating a positive, seamless experience for patients. From a warm welcome to finalising treatment plans, you’ll work closely with our highly skilled team, helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their dental journey.

**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide patients through treatment options, assisting with plan coordination and payment options
- Personalize treatment plans, manage appointments, and oversee payments
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Coordinate patients' care journeys, including specialist referrals and financing
- Elevate the experience for new patients, making each visit memorable
