We are seeking outgoing and highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and a true passion for coffee and quality food who have the drive to help us take Cafe Vie Buderim to the next level We're passionate about good coffee therefore the right applicant will be also

Open only for Breakfast and Lunch and some special catering events, Cafe Vie offers a great work-life balance. Team culture and positive vibes are critical to us. We are looking for people who share our love for food and more importantly, our commitment to our amazing customers. At Cafe Vie, the happiness and energy levels of our staff are very important.

To qualify for this role, this is what we need from you:

- Ridiculously good customer service - ability to always speak with a smile
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to think fast, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced and high-performing environment
- Must show initiative and be able to work and learn multiple positions around the Cafe
- Be well-presented and communicate professionally to customers and other team members
- Barista Experience with 1+ yr experience (required)
- Barista qualification (preferred)
- RSA Essential (If you do not have one, we will pay for this for you)
- Food Handling Certificate preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.11 - $36.48 per hour

- Afternoon shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buderim, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
