Carlton, Australia The Lincoln Full time

The Lincoln is a busy pub in Carlton, close to the city. We have two regular day shifts on offer every week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) from 11am to around 3-4pm.

As a Kitchen hand, you are to support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing, cleaning and handling food items.

You must be a quick-thinking multitasker, who can perform a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

It is essential that you are a reliable member of staff who exemplifies great time-management and communication skills.

Working as part of the kitchen, you will provide support across the following:

- Assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, as required
- Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes
- Cleaning benches, floors and other kitchen areas
- Disposing of rubbish
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitary
- Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
- Handling, sorting and distributing food items

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.94 - $34.45 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
