THE ROLE

**Required Skills & Experiences**:
Experienced Product Manager to help guide the Retail & eCommerce life cycle capabilities using Agile methodology
Working with various business stakeholders to ensure that IT investments are aligned to business strategy
Work with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering to perform and coordinate analysis on cross-functional business initiatives to identify potential solutions, break those solutions into epics and features along with roadmap for deployment
Maintaining a prioritized portfolio and program backlog, including the prioritization of epics and features with all all the business partners.
Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced PO’s
Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence
Experience in Primary point of contact for business questions about projects
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitude.
Proven leadership skills demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to other groups in the organization.
Experience with executing project governance including change control and issue/risk management.
THE CANDIDATE
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.
Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately.
Proven ability to support and collaborate with multiple Project Managers, Business Sponsors and IT teams within Product
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans.
Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelines.
Able to work independently.
Gather Market research, and industry trends to develop an industry-best product suite
Partners with Tech Lead, QA, and engineers to continuously improve and maximize output of the delivery team.
Effectively builds & prioritizes user stories for each iterative delivery - partnering with Tech, QA, and business SMEs to deliver each.
Maintains outcome focus by adjusting product roadmap, release strategy, & scope priorities based on the realities of an agile environment
Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
Personal drive for contributing to inclusion & diversity initiatives.
