- **We are on the hunt for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our national client in a challenging but rewarding role in a 4-6 month cover.**

Our client is a multi-branded Australian fresh food processing business. Well-established in the market, our client leads the way in innovation and quality.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting in the tactical execution of the People and Capability function for the business
- Developing and implementing regular training and development initiatives for staff
- Assisting with the administration of recruitment of new employees including: writing and placement of job advertisements, scheduling, conducting interviews, reference checks and pre-employment capability assessments/psychometric testing
- Facilitating and coordinating change management processes including tailored implementations and embedding of new processes
- Providing coaching and mentoring opportunities to employees to improve or aid staff professional development

**What do you need?**
- Demonstrated experience and capability in a related role, with proven experience in a fast paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a relevant discipline
- Experience in coaching and advising managers in a number of employee relation matters such as performance management, performance improvement, and recruitment and selection
- Understanding of Lean/Kaizen principles highly regarded
- High level of computer literacy, with experience using a HRIS desirable
