We are looking for a driven, outcome focussed individual to join our TM Checker team to lead internal and external communications and develop and maintain business to business (B2B) partnerships. Each team member works collaboratively to uplift small to medium enterprises (SME) awareness and knowledge of trade marks so they are confident in their choice of a registered trade mark to protect their brand.

As the Partnership and Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth across SMEs by creating and maintaining a network of brands and businesses across Australia, educating Australian business about the trade mark system. Together with the Venture Manager you will develop and implement growth strategies and communication plans to promote TM Checker.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team where we support hybrid working.

**Position Duties**
- In this role, you will:

- Develop and implement coordinated communication and marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of TM Checker and deliver business results
- Review and analyse current and past activities and trends to evaluate possible future opportunities, reporting on progress to the Venture Manager
- Develop and manage external partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to originate and organise lead generation initiatives
- Represent TM Checker as initial contact with external stakeholders and potential partners
- Work closely with relevant areas of IP Australia to develop and shape relevant content for partners
- Develop communications collateral, such as blog and social media posts, newsletter content and webinars to maximise impact of TM Checker
- Ensure current and prospective partners understand the TM Checker value proposition
- Identify the most valuable events and conferences and the right level of attendance/sponsorship

- To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience in developing and delivering business and partnership strategies- Experience and/or qualifications in marketing or communications.
