**Date**:23 May 2024**Location**:Toowoomba, QLD, AU, 4350**Company**:Ventia**Ventia** is seeking an experienced **Finance Administrator** to join their R**iggs and Well Services Business **on a 6 month part-time contract located in Toowoomba.- The successful applicant will provide effective Accounts Payable Administration for the Senior Finance Administrator and finance administration for the project teams.**Key Duties**
- Reconcile vendor statements for all contracts for assigned vendors and follow up any outstanding items
- Assist in the timely processing of Accounts Payable invoices & resolution of Procure-To-Pay
- Maintain required accounts payable systems, including spreadsheet templates and checklists
- Maintain all electronic and manual filing systems related to accounts payable processes
- Prepare and submit vendor master data amendment requests to master data team
- Assist in the reconciliation of the GR/IR account monthly and resolve or escalate all aged items

- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
