Wireline Operator

**Condor Energy Services **is a growing and exciting business operating in the resource sector, with multiple locations across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently looking for an experienced **Wireline Engineer **to support our growing operations in Australia.

**Wireline Engineer** is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing wireline operations in oil and gas fields. You will work closely with drilling, Stimulation and completion teams to ensure safe and efficient operations while adhering to industry standards and best practices

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and plan wireline operations, including tool selection, rig-up, and rig-down procedures, site layout.
- Supervise wireline activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Oversee wireline operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational guidelines
- Ensure the maintenance, calibration, and readiness of wireline equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians on wireline operations and safety practices
- Prepare comprehensive reports on wireline operations, performance metrics, and operational challenges
- 5+ years of experience in wireline operations within the oil and gas industry
- Working with Warrior acquisition system
- Experience working with perforation systems
- Experience in performing casing inspection services
- Experience working with 10k PCE
- Experience in PLT operation
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Explosives License in QLD, SA, VIC

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
