**About You**

As a team member at Absolute, you'll be responsible for developing good relationships and delivering tangible results through coaching and lifestyle interventions.

**Private practice experience**:

- Do you want to move away from sports but don't know how to start? Our onboarding curriculum will ensure that you develop your skills in all areas of private practice, setting you up for success.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
**Clinical**
- Develop the sports and exercise science data and knowledge base within the organisation.
- Establish clinically supported programs of exercise and athletic performance enhancement through sound scientific principles.
- Designing and delivering physical activity and exercise-based intervention to address a broad range of client needs, including rehabilitation and recovery, injury prevention, managing chronic condition risk factors, improving fitness and performance.
- Deliver exercise and sports science services to clients.
- Work in partnership with clients to design and deliver integrated health & performance programmes.
- Provide timely feedback and reporting to clients that measures and evidences intervention effect, including advice that is associated with holistic intervention such as on nutrition and maintaining general health and fitness.
