Reporting to the Clinical Practice Manager your role will be to ensure that CPL is working within all legislative requirements regarding restrictive practices and uplifting the capability and capacity for CPL teams to understand positive behaviour support (PBS).
_This an exciting role within an established team within CPL._

**Responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support across services.
- Build capacity within teams to recognise and report restrictive practices.
- Monitor and support reporting of restrictive practice to the NDIS Commission.
- Collaborate internally, and externally to authorise PBS Plans.
- Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

**Selection criteria includes**:

- Experience working with clients who exhibit challenging behaviours.
- Experience in a similar industry and knowledge of local service providers.
- Ability to work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to use initiative with critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal; verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work under pressure.
- Proven ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High competency and skills with MS Office and systems.
- Valid C class driving license and ability to travel.
- Full COVID vaccination.
- NDIS clearance and Blue card.
