Dry Cleaner/ Washer

**Specialized Sorting and Inspection**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carefully inspect wedding gowns, blankets, and other delicate items for stains, tears, or missing elements before washing.
- Sort items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure each garment is handled appropriately.

**Pre-Treatment and Stain Removal**:

- Use safe, fabric-appropriate solutions to remove tough stains, ensuring the integrity of delicate fabrics.

**Washing and Cleaning**:

- Load and operate washing machines with settings and detergents tailored to each fabric type, paying special attention to delicate items.
- Adjust water temperatures, cycles, and techniques for high-sensitivity materials, hand-washing items when necessary to prevent damage.

**Folding and Finishing**:

- Neatly fold laundered garments, blankets, and other items to professional standards for customer satisfaction.
- Handle wedding gowns and delicate items carefully, maintaining their structure while folding or preparing them for packaging.
- Assist with pressing and finishing items as required, ensuring a polished, wrinkle-free presentation.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Inspect all items post-wash and post-folding for quality control, verifying that all stains are removed and garments are properly cleaned and folded.
- Rewash or retreat garments as needed if quality standards are not met.

**Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning**:

- Perform routine maintenance on washing machines, folding areas, and other equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and machines to uphold health and safety standards.
- Ensure that customer preferences are followed exactly for items requiring extra care.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or garment folding, especially handling delicate fabrics.
- Knowledge of fabric care techniques and professional folding methods.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of delicate washing and folding techniques.
- Ability to fold a variety of garments neatly and efficiently.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday (possibly the timings will be from 12pm till 5pm, we don't work on the week-ends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
