**Responsibilities**:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking various financial services, including mortgages, loans, and credit facilities.

Assess client financial situations and goals to recommend suitable loan products and financial solutions.

Collaborate with lending institutions, banks, and other financial partners to identify the most competitive rates and terms for clients.

Analyze and evaluate client creditworthiness, reviewing credit reports, income statements, and other relevant financial information.

Prepare loan proposals and present them to lenders, negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Stay updated on industry regulations, lending practices, and market trends to provide informed advice and recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan approval process, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:
Cert 4 in Finance

In-depth knowledge of various loan types, including mortgages, personal loans, business loans, and credit lines.

Familiarity with lending regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and negotiate with lenders.

Strong analytical skills to assess client financial information and determine appropriate loan options.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in using loan origination software and other relevant financial tools.

Ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $47,074.51 - $146,947.04 per year
