H.V.V. Management Pty Ltd is a leading Vineyard Management Contracting company. Servicing 300 plus acres of vineyards in the Pokolbin Region. This role is a full-time permanent position.

**About the role**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vineyard Hand to join our team in the Hunter Valley. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for carrying out a broad range of day-to-day viticultural requirements, including:

- Conducting the full-range of daily viticulture activities from hands on manual tasks (e.g., pruning, training, trellising) to the operation of viticultural machinery (e.g. Tractors operating Fungicide Quantam misters, Slashers, Vine Trimmers, Cultivation equipment, Herbicide carts) including general maintenance of operating systems.
- Record keeping and following standard operating procedures.

**About You**

Key role requirements are:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Chem-cert (preferred)
- Flexibility during vintage (night shift and weekend work is required)
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Willingness to perform work outside, in seasonal weather conditions
- Aptitude and willingness to work in a team environment, a “can do” attitude towards work, have sound communication capabilities and show initiative towards practical problem solving.
