**YOUR ROLE**
We have three (3) locations where you could live. You will use your extensive field service technician experience to ensure that the customers you are visiting have their requirements resolved quickly and professionally. You will install, maintain, repair and provide training on industrial weighing equipment. You will work closely with the state based service manager and the broader technical team. You will be part of a growing team. This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
You will travel to various client sites in a fully maintained company vehicle to:

- **Install and commission weighbridges on client sites**:

- **Providing on-site preventative maintenance of weighbridges**:

- **Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting /repair and corrective maintenance of weighbridges**:

- **Accurately complete all company paperwork associated with activities in a timely fashion**:

- **Manage and maintain your vehicle allocated spare parts**:

- **Whilst providing the required technical support, proactively source other opportunities available to provide further support**

Using your personable nature, you will provide your clients a professional service that will allow you to build and maintain great working relationships both with the company as with external contacts. Your flexibility, hands-on approach as-well as your result driven attitude will carry you far, as-well as the following skills and attributes:

- **Extensive experience installing, maintaining and repairing general weighing equipment such as weighbridges, platform scales and laboratory scales**:

- **NMI Certificates 6.1 - 6.3, desired 6.4 is a distinct advantage**:

- **Mechanical Aptitude**:

- **Knowledge of IT | Networking | Connecting | Pinging is a benefit**:

- **Strong fault finding and problem solving abilities**:

- **Hands on background, ability to drill concrete, use a broad range of hand tools for drilling, sawing, bolting, working with concrete and general metal work ability**:

- **You will need to be willing and able to travel to remote client sites**:

- **A positive attitude and the ability to participate in an on call roster**
