We're seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our partner client, a prominent leader in Australia's Mining sector known for their dedication to excellence, innovation, and progress.

As a Draftsperson, you'll utilise SolidWorks 3D. Your responsibilities will revolve around designing diverse elements of plants, such as trucks bodies, underground mining equipment and Mechanical Support structures. We're in search of individuals with specialised expertise in 3D modeling tailored to plant design.

**Key Responsibilities**:Mechanical Design in Mining Equipment
- 3d Modelling and review
- 2d details drawing
- Process points cloud drawings
- SolidWorks for modeling plant design.
- Collaborate with the design team to create detailed plans for crushing and screening plants.
- Assist in area scanning as required during site visits.
- Contribute to the ongoing Project success
- Experience across a range of design software, with 3D being a focus - Solidworks
- Understanding of Australian Standards for Structural/Mechanical design/engineering
- Relevant tertiary Diploma/qualification in Engineering/drafting
- Fabrication experience (Desirable)
- This position offers a casual contract engagement initially, with the intention to transition to a permanent role where applicable, particularly during the upcoming financial year.
