**Travel Team Leader**:

**About the role**
**Main tasks**:This role's focus is split between working as a travel consultant and also leading your team.

**Other tasks**:

- **Train** your team on customer service and upselling best practices
- **Run **daily motivation huddles with your team
- **Generate** quotes for customers who are looking into overseas travel
- **Collect** payments for travel services
- **Provide** exceptional customer service to all clients
- **Upsell** and cross-sell tours, insurance, and accommodation
- **Track** and meet individual and team revenue targets
- **Support **your team in overcoming customer issues

- Experience in supporting, training, & leading a team
- Success in a phone-based sales or customer service position
