What You Will Do
- Responsible for all aspects of supply chain for ANZ, with special attention on analysis of inventory management, sales forecast, liaise with AU and NZ distributors to get POs on APAC’s SAP system and co-ordinate shipping approvals (aka as greenlight process), monthly and track variance to yearly team targets.
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, in collaboration with APAC SCM and local distributors, including management of 3PL service providers.
- Manage the logistics and reverse logistics (thru distributors or 3rd party service providers) functions for product full life cycle (NPI/EOL), including but not limited to acquisition, distribution, allocation, delivery, recycling, repair, return, or final disposal of products.
- Monitor APAC purchase order fulfilment timelines, to ensure availability of inventory to align with sales forecast “in time every time”, always.
- Manage variance of actuals sales versus forecasted sales analysis and impact on inventory to highlight the contributing factors to any variance if any from inventory point of view only, highlighting sales forecast and inventory accuracy.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 8 years of years of experience in relevant role or field

What is Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to react quickly to changing demands and work with tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
