We require a full time Janitor/Cleaner/Gardner for the La Balsa commercial office building at 45 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba. The responsibilities of this job comprise the cleaning of the building amenities such as toilets and washrooms, vacuuming of foyers, sweeping of basement car parks and mowing, pruning, trimming and tidying of the gardens. Some small handyman tasks are required from time to time. **You will need to detail your experience as a commercial cleaner** have a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in your work and an eye for detail.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

As some of our properties are licensed premises and medical you will need to be fully vaccinated.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Drivers licence (required)
