About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

- Experience leading implementation of communication and/or stakeholder engagement services to large and diverse groups of stakeholders, particularly in the public sector.
- High level knowledge and understanding of contemporary stakeholder engagement, communication and marketing principles and practices, including IAP2 or other engagement frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to distil and convey complex information into tailored messaging for diverse audiences, including through preparing a range of written and digital products for internal and external audiences.
- Proven experience in using software to support engagement and communications activities such as the Adobe Creative Suite, eNewsletter platforms, PowerPoints, animations, webinar and video conferencing, Eventbrite and the MS Office suite.
- Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives, particularly with respect to improving delivery of services to stakeholder and key partners.
- Experience liaising, consulting, and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders and fostering partnerships with stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.

Possession of tertiary qualifications in communication, marketing, public relations, public administration and/or policy or business is highly desirable. Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
