Wet Fire Tester

**THE ROLE**:
An opportunity exists to join our Fire Service team in the role of Wet Fire Tester & Sprinkler Fitter. The role involves diagnostics, service, repairs, and installation of wet fire systems including, but not limited to, sprinkler fitting, pump diagnosis and repair, as well as hydrant, hose reel and sprinkler flow testing. You will undertake monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual testing for our fire services clients across Sydney. You will compile the necessary information to estimate and provide proposals for clients when required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Fire Tester / Fitter (Wet Fire)
- Cert II in Fire Protection (desirable)
- FPAS Accreditation Inspect and Test (desirable)
- Contractor’s licence (desirable)
- Skills required are communication both written and verbal, time management, problem-solving, interpreting technical data, and teamwork.
- Ability to test, service and repair various types of wet fire systems.
- Attention to quality and safety.
