Flooring Technician

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are a growing company and looking for a reliable concrete polishing and epoxy applicator, to join our team of technicians to do the surface and flooring work: concrete grinding and polishing, concrete sealing, mixing of epoxy resins and sands, epoxy roll coats, epoxy flake flooring, and epoxy resin coving. Our base is in Sunshine Coast but we require someone to join our Sunshine Coast team and be willing to travel if required. This is a contractor role with an ABN needed.

**KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES**
Concrete repair including high build patching & finishing
General onsite cleaning, floor preparation works, and vacuuming.
Undertaking preparation of concrete (diamond grinding & captive shot blasting).
Roll coating, trowelling, screeding, and laying epoxy coatings, and self-leveling flooring systems.
Installing solid epoxy/silica sand fillet coves and other epoxies/silica sand infills/toppings.
Working within a team to complete projects on time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
At least 4 years in epoxy flooring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid White Card QLD.
Valid Open Manual Australian Drivers Licence

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
