**Role Description**

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Williamstown, VIC for a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the paediatric practice, managing staff, scheduling appointments, and handling patient queries. The Practice Manager will work closely with the physician to ensure efficient and optimal patient care.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a medical practice management or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in administration, finance, and human resources
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding
- Experience with medical software such as Clinic to Cloud or similar
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare management
- Current certification in healthcare management or related field is a plus
