Personal Assistant to CEO

**The Position**
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Personal Assistant or someone ready to step up in in Personal Assistant role.
You will provide a high level of confidential, personal and efficient executive administration support to the CEO and assist with the Executive Team of this large organisation based in the Homebush region. Parking provided and close to public transport.
This is a fast paced role that will involve juggling competing priorities and will appeal to somebody who is dynamic in their approach, with an eye for detail and who wants to play a pivotal role in the day to day functions of the business. You will be proactive, show initiative, and ensure that the office is running smoothly.
You will have demonstrated experience in creating presentations, reporting, minute taking, coordinating of personal financial accounts, meeting protocol and corporate hospitality. You will always be one step ahead with diary management and detailed company travel planning and coordination. Your pleasant and professional approach to managing your day will also include overseeing Reception and general building maintenance.

- 2+ years Senior Administration or PA experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Your positive and 'full of life' attitude will see you succeed in this role. You will have high attention to detail, be outcomes focused, have the ability to multi-task, and take ownership.
You must display outstanding communication skills and possess excellent time management skills. Your professionalism and immaculate presentation skills are absolutely essential.
