We are seeking an Employment Support Consultant for a full-time opportunity based at our Noarlunga site.

This role is all about assisting Customer’s to sustain employment and developing creative ideas to mitigate any challenges that may arise. Working with their Employer, you will be advocating on the Customer’s behalf to ensure they are succeeding in employment.

**What you’ll need to succeed as an Employment Support Consultant**
- Plenty of energy and motivation to work one to one with people with disability, injury or health condition to ensure they maintain employment
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environment
- Effective intervention strategies to ensure sustainable employment
- Demonstrable networks in the community services sector
- Knowledge of Disability Employment Services

**What else will I need to work with Maxima?**
- You must hold a current driver’s license, national police check, working with children check and NDIS worker screening, covid vaccination or be willing to obtain.
- Willingness to travel in your region to meet Customer expectations and demand
