_**Position Overview**:_

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Pastor in Worship to lead a worship team in Mornington. As the Lead Pastor in worship, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of musicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, successful engagement with the team, logistics and administrative function, managing team issues and concerns, and upholding our high standards excellence.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of musicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- The role will work closely with:

- Senior pastor and schedule through Planning Center rehearsal times and service times
- Create Music and record for livestream services
- Have weekly rehearsals and quarterly worship nights.
- Teach and lead in music and worship
- Pastoral Care of members
- Oversee snd assist in day to day operations
- **Application Process**:_

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
