General Labourer

Pakenham, Australia Exel Workforce Full time

As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site. Your primary focus will be on completing physical tasks efficiently and effectively to contribute to the overall success of the project. This role requires individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Prior experience in general labouring or related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
