Our client is a respected and established SaaS Perth-based business - they are currently seeking a Scrum Master with a minimum 3 years’ experience.

The Scrum Master (SM) will play a crucial role in a Product Team by facilitating Agile development practices and principles, coaching the team to ensure successful deliveries of product roadmap and customer commitments. You work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to remove obstacles, encourage continuous improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration, agility and transparency.

What a “great” Scrum Master will look like for our client: - The SM guides and coaches the product development team and product owner in agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Is a catalyst for change, helping the team to continuously improve encouraging the team to reflect on its performance in order to achieve greater levels of success.
- Possesses strong enthusiasm for the field they work in, and is committed to ensuring the timely delivery of successful products.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Strong understanding of software development practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps.
- 3+ years of enterprise Scrum Master experience.Your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching of the product development team to deliver on committed roadmap and customer commitments.
- Collaborating with POs and software engineers to break down tickets into the smallest testable units of functionality, in order to enhance the team’s ability to track progress.
- Works with the PO and TL to ensure a balanced product delivery of roadmap features and technical compliance (PSAT).
- Facilitate the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identifies and removes any impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving its goals. K2fly Product Development Position Description - Scrum Master
- Collaborates with the product owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of software products.
