With big plans on the horizon, we are looking for someone who is looking for a position where they can utilize their full skill set and grow with us

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Warehousing Manager will be responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand. They will ensure compliance with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy. They will also be responsible for all inventory control-related activities in the warehouse to ensure the highest level of inventory data integrity and product-related information.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management procedures including inventory control and fleet administration
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Previous experience using SAP
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Critical thinking skills
- High-level communication skills
- Strong safety awareness
- People management skills, ability to supervise, delegate and support team members
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Forklift license and experience

**What you will be doing**:

- Implementation and oversight of the day-to-day operations in the warehouse
- Forward planning to ensure efficiency
- Ensuring safety procedures and GMP practices are being utilized to maintain a safe and effective working environment
- Logistics management
- Ensuring stock levels and quality are accurate and practicable through monitoring, reporting, and inspection
- Oversight of order picking
- Monitoring for continuous improvement opportunities
- Some travel will be required
