Literacy Instructor

**ABOUT THE PROGRAM**
Our education team implements a high-impact, phonics-based reading intervention program called 'All About Reading.' This initiative supports primary school children in developing essential reading skills, enabling them to re-engage with their learning across the curriculum.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for compassionate and talented individuals to join our team as Literacy Instructors in various locations across Sydney. In this role, you will help bring the 'All About Reading' program to life.

You will play a key role in delivering the program to small groups of 6 to 8 children, providing intensive intervention four days a week for students in years 2 to 6.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- deliver classes Monday to Thursday
- have completed a Certificate IV in Education Support, studies in Primary Education and/or other relevant qualifications
- have sound knowledge of Phonics and English language
- promote a kind, respectful and inclusive learning environment
- collect and report student performance data
- work with students to deliver positive learning outcome

**PAY RATE**:
40 AUD - 40.5 AUD (Hour)
