**About the role**

TAFE NSW Eora is a culturally safe and community-connected space. It acts as a second chance establishment for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. Supported by dedicated staff, Aboriginal Elders, and community members who are proud of its services, our Eora campus is one-of-a-kind. Specialising in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education and training, TAFE NSW Eora is dedicated to empowering Indigenous communities. We offer a diverse range of courses across a variety of industries, and welcome students from all backgrounds.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for on campus, culturally-safe customer service and support to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue across the customer journey.

Through customer focused service delivery, the Customer Service Representative will support a multi-channel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers.

**About You**

**In addition, you will have the following**:

- Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel to nearby learning locations if required, as per conditions contained within the employee’s Enterprise Agreement.
