About you:
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated self starter, and ready to start learning and selling

Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to);
- Generating new business (telephone marketing & door-knocking)
- Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
- Writing follow-up reports to vendors
- Preparing property reports
- Database management
- Vendor & purchaser liaison
- Contract preparation & solicitor liaison
- Processing new listings and advertising schedules
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing and cursting marketing campaigns
