Roster Coodinator

In your new role as a Roster Coordinator, you will provide coordination support for radiologists and clinic operations for the clinics in our Inner West region to maximise efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers. This would suit an enthusiastic and solutions driven person with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for responding to requests for workload support from radiologists and managers. This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to be based in Chatswood office or Inner West clinics with hybrid working arrangements.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of coordinating rostering for reporting contract sites (Western NSW LHD, Far West LHD and Lithgow Hospital)
- Follow-up any Radiologist/clinic with outstanding reports and provide the support and any other necessary requirements in order for the report/s to be signed off and delivered swiftly
- Plan for and manage workload requirements within clinics when radiologists will be absent due to attendance at Referrer meetings and to participate in marketing initiatives
- Facilitate and monitor cross-clinic reporting and requests for second opinion or sub-specialty reporting across the business as required

**Key selection criteria**:

- Radiographer or clerical/administration staff with at least 5 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment is highly regarded
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of a business - including written and oral
