- Prospecting for new property listings
- Handling enquiries and following up on leads
- Listing properties and organising marketing initiatives such as social media, sign boards, brochures, etc
- Negotiating sales and leasing contracts with clients
- Preparing Appraisals, Marketing Reports
- Meeting monthly and/or quarterly KPIs.

What you will bring to the role:

- Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence
- Previous Real Estate Sales experience essential
- Ambition, confidence and self-motivation
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Polished and professional personal presentation
- Experience with MS Office/Social Media/Multiple RE Platforms
- Current Driver license and own vehicle.
- SALARY AND CONDITIONS TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
