We are a community-based organisation and we currently provide mobile services across Sydney and Melbourne. We provide services to: clients on the home care package, participants under the NDIS as well as private clients. We are seeking a Dietitian to join our team. We offer flexible work hours to fit in with your life schedule as well as excellent contract/casual rates.

**Your Next Career Move**
- Inspire Healthcare _is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified and passionate Dietitian to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of therapeutic interventions for people with disability as well as the elderly.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

- Assessments of nutrition and dietary requirements for clients with a wide range of disabilities and impairments.
- Supporting dietary requirements for persons with difficulty swallowing and chewing, bowel and intestinal issues and other complex co-morbidities.
- Experience with the provision of home enteral nutrition and nutritional therapy.
- Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified in these areas ensuring best practice and the client's individual person-centred plan.
- Communicate assessed needs clearly and precisely to the client and the funding organisation within appropriate time frames.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Regularly review client treatment plans and goals.
- Develop and implement programs, strategies and materials to enable clients to achieve their health and lifestyle goals.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be a driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate your skills and experience as a Dietitian in a multidisciplinary team. You will be a motivated, passionate professional, who thrives on supporting people with disabilities and their families in our local community.

You will require the following qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification
- Member of Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA), with Provisional or Full APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian) status
- Experience in the profession and evidence of involvement in clinical supervision and professional development as required by Dietitians Association Australia (DAA)
- Experience with NDIS (preferred by not necessary)
- Strong organisational skills
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Australian Police Check

**Salary**: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
