Reporting to the COO and working alongside our Marketing Team you will be responsible for the coordination of the Club’s community sporting bodies such as Rugby League, Cricket & Netball to name a few. Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Sponsorship management & coordination
- Coordination of registrations and player communication
- Coordinating and administration of social media platforms
- Ensuring compliance across all sport Clubs
- Event Coordination

The successful applicant must be able to provide ongoing support & coordination to the Club’s sporting bodies to ensure each Club is positioned for growth.

While generally this role operates during business hours, we require someone to be extremely flexible and be available some weekends to help the Club’s on game and or event days. Strong time management, communication and organizational skills are required as is ability to keep pace with multiple sporting bodies’ needs, obligations and seasons.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Your ability to communicate and be engaging to a vast range of people will be vital.
- Application and knowledge of a range of social media platforms and website management
- Strong organisational skills - you will have multiple sporting bodies to coordinate.
- Basic understanding and passion for all sports.
- The ability to develop strategies for obtaining new players and creating new and ongoing relationships with sponsors.
- Sound skills in the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- The ability to write and create basic visual content for communications.

The ideal applicant must be able to meet deadlines, work with mínimal supervision, use own initiative when required and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork.
