Based in Brisbane you will be reporting to the Service Coordination - Team Leader you will be a motivated and proactive Service Coordinator who will be the main contact point for all service activities relating to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and service contracts management for the states of South & Western Australia (ability to support your Team across other States as and when required). You will Utilise Service Management systems to ensure all service work is allocated to the Field Service Engineers (FSEs).

You will be proactive in addressing all areas of the service activities, developing close working relationships with State Service Managers, Service Supervisors, Field Service Engineers, Sales team, and Customers.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Manage customer calls efficiently and effectively the first time, on time, and register them in the service management system
- Create service work orders as necessary (Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown, Validation, presales, etc.)
- Assign, schedule, and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assigned service orders based on the skills matrix/advice of the senior FSE and or State Service Manager / Service Coordination Manager
- Time & Material (T&M) reactive quote creation, follow up on required Purchase Orders
- Creation of Price Per Visit Agreements
- Work In Progress jobs monitoring in the service management system
- Service order closure and invoicing
- Follow up on all customer inquiries including invoicing

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Healthcare related environment is advantageous
- Experience within a service environment - highly desirable
- Knowledge of SAP - preferred not essential
- Current relevant State Driver’s License.
- Technical acumen with the ability to work as an individual, and as part of a team.
- Able to set own priorities with good time management skills
- Ability to take complete ownership of your work from end to end
- Having a positive attitude and passion to be a team player is a must
