**Applicants must possess the following**:

- Be self-motivated, possess good judgement and have a demonstrated ability to operate

flexibly and under limited supervision.
- Possess strong skills and experience in program management, including contract

management, implementation and budget management.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism during regular stakeholder engagement,

including with Australian Government agencies, service delivery partners and partner

governments.
- Ideally possess experience in delivering government-funded programs and the use of SmartyGrants (but not essential).
