We currently have a vacancy for an **IT Manager **to start immediately. The job will include IT Support for both internal and customer-facing systems. This role will consist of 50% of project work and 50% BAU.

Based in Macquarie Park with on-site parking, this is a great opportunity for an IT professional who would like to join a multicultural team.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and improve internal IT infrastructure and quality assurance (testing).
- Oversee workstation and server builds including software installation and configuration.
- Oversee the implementation of Pronto Xi and ABT product suites according to our implementation methodology.
- Improve IT processes via scripting and automation.
- Help build ABT’s next generation of IT systems/platforms.
- Managing, mentoring and upskilling the IT team.
- Be the point of escalation for technical issues.
- Assist with customer support calls as needed.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE**:

- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Be customer focused, willing to learn and a team player with a can do attitude.
- Certifications for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Windows Server (desirable).
- Extensive experience managing Linux and Windows systems.
- In depth knowledge of Networks.
- Experience managing VMWare.
- Knowledge of VEEAM backup systems.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, MS-SQL, Group policies, and other Microsoft products.
- Experience with implementing and managing best practices for Security.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex server hardware issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills including previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Exposure to RDBMS eg Informix would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.

**To Apply**:
**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
