Client Services Officer (CSO)
Baker Advice Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Financial Advice team.
Baker Advice partners with clients to help grow their wealth. Providing clients with a full suite of Accountants, Financial Advisers, Marketing & Branding experts, and Mortgage Brokers, at Baker Advice Group ensuring that whatever you are trying to achieve, we will strive to get you there by aligning our client's goals and objectives with their vision and purpose.
The Client Services Officer will be directly assisting the Financial Advisers in providing advice and maintaining new and current client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our team members in a team environment
- Provide ongoing support for our Financial Advisers
- Manage and build relationships with existing clients and new clients
- Liaise with external service providers
- A high level of attention to detail is required
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Reporting to management
- Preparation of documentation in preparation for meetings
- Demonstrate strength in working within compliance and regulatory framework
- Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people
- Demonstrated ability to organise workload to meet timeframes
- Respectful, courteous and professional
- Database management
- Goes the extra mile in providing excellent customer service
- Proactive in nature and solutions focused
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to continuous improvement
- Be hardworking, driven, and have excellent communication skills
- Maintain professional presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Excellent time management
- High-level attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, as well as autonomously
Industry experience preferred:
- Experience with financial planning software and the ability to adapt to new software.
- Experience in client services in the financial services industry
This position is over 5 days (Monday - Friday) in office.
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
