**YOUR ROLE**
You’ll ensure execution of our go to market plan, adherence to our risk selection and acceptance guidelines, designated underwriting authority and ensure effective and consistent customer service.
Your position with our clients and partners will see you establish strong connections that generate opportunities and provide outstanding customer experience. This permanent full-time role based in Perth, offers hybrid working arrangements with mix of working from home and office.
**Please note**: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
**ABOUT YOU**
- An empathetic focus with prior Workers Compensation experience
- Able to provide exceptional customer service and build strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- A drive for positive outcomes for the customer and all involved
- Good negotiation skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a team and individually to achieve shared outcomes
